Michelle began her career in Property Management in 1997 as a part-time assistant property manager. It was not long before Michelle discovered this was what she was born to do. In 2009 she created @home to reflect her passion for the industry and commitment to service excellence. Michelle and Matt own a number of residential and commercial investments, helping them maintain a broad knowledge of the property market and a strong understanding of their clients' needs.

Michelle’s love for property management is clear in her commitment not only to her clients and her team but also to the industry as a whole. Michelle is regularly invited to share her knowledge and experience with the next generation of property managers as a guest speaker at industry conferences across Australia.

The man behind the brand, the prankster, the thorn between 12 roses... that's our Matt! @home property management solutions would definitely not be the same without him.

Matt is responsible for the image and brand of @home and it is what it is because of his eye for the detail, creative mind and focus on consistency. As a co-business owner, Matt turns up every day (except when he is having a "Man-day" on his motorbikes) to make @home a great place to be, he reminds us all not to take ourselves too seriously (sometimes too often) but we secretly love it.

Anyone who knows Matt, knows that he loves a good chat.... about anything really! Matt refuses to engage in any social media because he likes to talk to people, he will have a coffee or pick up the phone... a little "old school", but that's what makes him special. 

Seriously though, Matt brings a bit of fun to what can be a pretty tough job and we all love him for it.

In one word, Morgan is Determined. Her determination has seen her rise from new to the industry 3 years ago to being awarded the PPM National Property Manager of the year 2018. If you give her a challenge she will not only achieve it, she will smash it!

Outside of work, Morgan loves to keep her body and mind healthy with regular gym sessions and self-development books. Don’t get me wrong, she loves a good social occasion and she definitely knows how to let her hair down!

Morgan has a pretty awesome support person in her partner Ed Robinson who encourages her to achieve her goals.

A true ambassador of the @home brand and as a result, she quickly moved into a new role of introducing new clients to the benefits of our service and supports them during the process. Her role as “Property Investor Consultant” is vital to the growth and sustainability of the business and her clients rave about her!

Robyn is the queen of detail! She ticks all of the boxes with every process and requires a full understanding of a situation before she provides the solution. It’s a pretty great skill to possess in a role where attention to detail is essential.

Robyn has an awesome dry humor, often without even knowing it and sometimes we might joke at her expense.... lucky she can also laugh at herself! 

Most of the time, Robyn is so focused that it’s like she creates an invisible soundproof bubble and it’s almost impossible to break through.

Often the last to leave the office to tick off that last task, she is diligent and committed to servicing her portfolio of clients.

When she does leave the office, you will find her at the gym or spending time with the two loves in her life, Oscar the dog and her partner Aaron.

The sunshine in our day from the time she steps in, till 5:07 is our beautiful Madeleine Chugg!

Maddy has such a full life, so many things she loves to do and she manages to squeeze it all in while providing exceptional service to our clients and fostering a positive team environment.

When she is not on the job, Maddy is spending time with her adored horses and pups on the stunning farm in Carrick that she and fiancé Jake have recently made a home.

Maddy (Soon to be Mrs. Oliver), has a huge circle of friends and family around her which is a testament to her character, positive attitude and kind nature.

Well respected by her peers and management, Maddy was recognised recently with the @home culture and service award.

In between all of this fun, Maddy is currently studying Business and Leadership and we just love watching her shine.

Colette recently returned to the fold in a part time capacity after some time off supporting her husband Luke in setting up their new business venture. Having Colette in a customer service and support role is incredibly valuable, both to the team with her knowledge and skills from her time managing a portfolio of clients and also in meeting and greeting our valued clients and customers with her delightful smile and manner. 

We are so pleased to have Colette back on the team and no doubt you experience why for yourself.

When you need a helping hand, this lady will always have your back!

Catie has been in just about every seat in Property Management and she is not afraid to get her hands dirty (not literally, like she won’t clean your toilet). We mean she will help out anyone in the office with any task without question.

Catie joined the team in April 2015 as a Senior Property Manager because she seeking an environment where she could develop and advance, and she found it! Sice starting with us, Catie and her Husband Jeremy have welcomed 2 beautiful boys to the family. After some time off with Maternity leave Caitie is now back part time in a support role and she is looking forward to 2020 when she will return full time to manage a client portfolio again.

If you haven’t met Liv yet, you are in for a real treat! You will be instantly drawn to her beautiful big smile and bright, personable nature.

Lucky for us she is also pretty amazing at renting properties and helping people find the right home. Olivia is our “Chief Letting Consultant, aka Home Finder” and she is exceptional in this role. Behind the scenes, she is juggling a large volume of enquiries and arranging inspections around vacating owners and tenants, not an easy task!

In her personal time, Olivia loves spending time with her puppy Lola, adores being an Auntie, loves catching up with friends and family and generally likes having a good time!

After 8 years in the hot seat, Joey has earned her title of Silent CEO (meaning she likes the title but doesn’t want the job).

Jo is the face of @home and she loves nothing more than greeting all of our clients, customers, tradies and new friends of @home. She instantly makes people feel at ease but if you don’t warm to her immediately, you will when you hear her contagious and very unique laugh.

Behind the scenes, Jo has a crazy busy life taking care of her tribe of 3, Sophie, Georgia, and Cooper, lucky she has her super supportive husband Charlie to share the load (and do all of the cooking).

She might be known to be a tad late from time to time but she is also often the last to leave the office making sure every task is done. 

You would never know as a customer walking in or calling the office that Jo has a lot going on because she will always give you the time and attention that you need.

Ceinwyn joined our team in 2019 after being in hospitality for a long period. Ceinwyn and her partner also a successful small business called "The Macaroon Merchant" serving the Launceston community (and us on occasion!) with delicious macarons. 

Ceinwyn has such a warm and welcoming persona and just so likeable! She is also an incredibly fast learner and has already made some significant improvements in her own role and the office systems to create improved efficiency.

Isabella (who likes to be called Bella), recently joined the @home team in a trainee/support role, learning the ropes alongside our experienced Portfolio Managers. Bella is the youngest of the clan, but don’t be fooled, she is beyond her years in many ways and we are so impressed with her obvious passion to succeed!

Bella has a short term goal to learn the many aspects of managing investments and a long term goal to manage her own client base in the future.

You will realise as soon as you meet Bella, that she is a highly motivated young lady who is eager to learn, and willing to do what it takes to reach her career and personal goals.

Bianca joined our team in a full time capacity in February 2018 before taking on the world of small business ownership. Bianca runs her own boutique hairdressing space within the Design Inn Creative Hub. Because we love having her around so much and while her business continues to grow, we currently enjoy her support as the office "casual".

Having experience and the qualifications required in all areas of Property Management means that Bianca is a great help to the team, especially over the busier months.

Olivia is our quiet achiever, she literally just gets the job done, no fuss and no complaints and we love that about her. Oliva provides support to the Property Managers in so many ways, including covering staff leave to ensure that our clients have no disruption to our service.

Olivia is currently training to eventually look after her own portfolio of clients and she will no doubt achieve this goal with her commitment to ongoing training and development. 

We are looking forward to supporting Olivia with her career goals well into the future.
