Peace of mind about our property - we know the @home team has very good attention to detail so we are confident any issues we need to be aware of will be identified. The team is also proactive and quick to communicate/respond when needed. Communication is a big reason why we are so impressed with @home. Ceinwyn is always proactive and responsive, and even when some issues may take a few months to resolve (e.g. waiting on the local council), we never feel the need to follow up or check in as we are confident Ceinwyn has it in hand and will communicate with us as soon as there is an update - and she always does.
