I recently got a house from @home Property Management. When I went into the house for the first day, my property manager left me a welcome home gift with a lovely message. This is a very nice gesture I have ever gotten from any property management service. I did not look out for many houses. I really want a house near to my workplace. When I inspected the house and applied with a note of the reason why I need this house desperately, the property manager was very understanding, and the decision was made right after I put in my application. Their service is nice and quick. They are welcoming whenever I visit their office and treat us like their guest. Our experience with Morgan over the last couple of years has by far been the singularly best Property Manager we have had in the 9 years we have been renting. She has been very professional with how she goes about all aspects of managing properties but also balances the professionalism with a wonderful caring and personable nature.
