Generally, you will be required to start a lease within 7-10 days of the listed available date. Make sure that the dates work before you enquire about viewing the property.
Request to view
Go to our request to view link and complete the online request. This information will help us establish your needs and assess if the property suits your requirements.

How to apply
The most efficient way to apply for a property is by using an industry standard online application called Ignite. This allows you to save your details and if necessary change the property you are applying for. This avoids having to complete a new application each time, as it is a generic application used by most real estate agencies.
