"We have been so grateful for the efforts of the team in their work to find a tenant for our Launceston property. It was being repainted just before Tasmania closed its borders, making the reletting process much more difficult. Morgan kept us fully informed of the best strategies to secure a tenant during very stressful times for all of us.. We are now fortunate to have a tenant to enjoy the benefits of our house and we can now relax, knowing Morgan will continue to ensure the property is well cared for. This is our 5th year using @home and the experience over the past few weeks has confirmed our decision to have them manage our property. Even though the team personally will also be finding this a difficult time, they have still worked closely with us to ensure we were kept informed, promptly responded to any emails and phoned us when necessary.
