Reporting Maintenance 

Reporting and tracking maintenance is made simple with our online portal and mobile app. Our team are dedicated to keeping your home well maintained and safe. 

Maintenance made simple

We have made reporting maintenance simple with our Tenant App and an online portal. You can report maintenance directly from your mobile phone with all the information we need to promptly and effectively arrange repairs. If you have an urgent maintenance request, please call the office, and we will make immediate arrangements.

How to log in

You will need to ensure you have already registered for online access, and this can be enabled by your Property Manager. The first page you see after you download and open up the Tenant Mobile App is the login, where you can enter your email address and set a password. If you have forgotten your password use the Forgot Password? option to reset it.

Send a request

To make a new Maintenance Request, click the tile on the Home page or the + icon at the bottom of the Maintenance page. This will bring up the New Maintenance page and allow you to add a title description, more details, and up to 6 photos. We ask that you provide photos to assist the trades in identifying the issues/location and preparing for the job.

The App displays all past and current maintenance requests. Once the job has been approved and allocated, it will include the status, title, description, photos, and contractor details. You will receive regular updates.

Response times

We aim to contact you within 24 hours of your request to confirm the next steps (depending on the urgency). If you have a matter that requires urgent attention, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will immediately arrange a contractor.
