I have recommended At home property management to friends many times. I specifically ask them to ask for Morgan Walker, who is my property manager. She is approachable, extremely diligent, has an eye for detail and is always forthcoming with communication.

Peace of mind about our property - we know the @home team has very good attention to detail so we are confident any issues we need to be aware of will be identified. The team is also proactive and quick to communicate/respond when needed. Communication is a big reason why we are so impressed with @home. Ceinwyn is always proactive and responsive, and even when some issues may take a few months to resolve (e.g. waiting on the local council), we never feel the need to follow up or check in as we are confident Ceinwyn has it in hand and will communicate with us as soon as there is an update - and she always does.

Michelle an her team are always accessible and easy to communicate with. The team always do their best to provide a better rental rate for investment properties. They also provide and advise on essential repairs with tradespeople they trust who are reliable and turn up on time. Michelle is down-to-earth and great to work with.

I normally don't respond in giving feedback on staff performance but I felt compelled to compliment you on the lovely young ladies in your team I have been dealing with, Olivia , Robyn and especially Jo, who put in the extra effort to give me help when requested. I recently got a house from @home Property Management. When I went into the house for the first day, my property manager left me a welcome home gift with a lovely message. This is a very nice gesture I have ever gotten from any property management service. I did not look out for many houses. I really want a house near to my workplace. When I inspected the house and applied with a note of the reason why I need this house desperately, the property manager was very understanding, and the decision was made right after I put in my application. Their service is nice and quick. They are welcoming whenever I visit their office and treat us like their guest.
