Take the risk out of renting.

We have not rented a property for a very long time, however living on the east coast and our daughter and some of her friends attending college in Launceston, that has changed. We applied for a number of properties with a variety of agencies. However i can not recommend @home highly enough, Morgan & Olivia in particular. They listened to our requirement and needs, and although in the short term we had been unsuccessful they kept in touch until a wonderful alternative eventuated. Professional, courteous & efficient. Looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship for all parties.

Firstly I would like to say thank to Morgan for being such a great Property Manager and looking after my property. With out a doubt the best service I've ever had from both Morgan and the team from @home. Morgan has been highly professional, competent, knowledgeable and have looked after both myself and my tenant and always worked towards a win win outcome for both of us. I think many people lack the understanding of how important it is to balance these relationships and the value it adds to all parties involved including yourself. The team from @home have made our first time renting out our house an absolute breeze. From the very first introduction, through to the regular check-ins, we have felt like our family home is in very safe hands. Peace of mind about our property - we know the @home team has very good attention to detail so we are confident any issues we need to be aware of will be identified. The team is also proactive and quick to communicate/respond when needed. Communication is a big reason why we are so impressed with @home. Ceinwyn is always proactive and responsive, and even when some issues may take a few months to resolve (e.g. waiting on the local council), we never feel the need to follow up or check in as we are confident Ceinwyn has it in hand and will communicate with us as soon as there is an update - and she always does.

We have recently moved our rental property from an agent to @home Property Management and we only wish we had moved over sooner. We have received amazing service from Michelle, Louise, Robyn and Nikki, who have made the process so incredibly easy. Not only have they helped with locating trades but they have treated us like real people! Highly recommend making the move to experience real customer service!
