I recently got a house from @home Property Management. When I went into the house for the first day, my property manager left me a welcome home gift with a lovely message. This is a very nice gesture I have ever gotten from any property management service. I did not look out for many houses. I really want a house near to my workplace. When I inspected the house and applied with a note of the reason why I need this house desperately, the property manager was very understanding, and the decision was made right after I put in my application. Their service is nice and quick. They are welcoming whenever I visit their office and treat us like their guest. Michelle an her team are always accessible and easy to communicate with. The team always do their best to provide a better rental rate for investment properties. They also provide and advise on essential repairs with tradespeople they trust who are reliable and turn up on time. Michelle is down-to-earth and great to work with.
