The staff @home are always smiling and happy to see you. From the word go everyone was on the ball, I have never had a move, move so quickly and smoothly since I've been renting. The professionalism is fantastic and everyone as a team was so helpful with the whole move. Little touches that you guys have over other companies is fantastic, by doing the application online and a box of chocolates on arrival is awesome. I would love to say a huge thank you for the box of chocolates at our new home, it made such a huge difference as moving is hard work and munching them all day was awesome! Thank you all so much!

Warmth, Comfort & Cuppa
The staff from @home were wonderful, organised and attentive. They arranged a prompt inspection of the property and an efficient transition and approval for me as their new tenant. They even had a welcoming card and box of goodies for my arrival. Even at their city office, they go out of their way to assist with photocopying, information, warmth, comfort and even a cuppa! They are very friendly and efficient.

I wanted to thank you though for your time and attention. It was really nice to see a professional outfit in a sea of bad real estate experiences. Needless to say, I’ll be singing your praises when the opportunity arises (usually straight after I bemoan the quality of some of the agents here, which I have been known to do on occasion!) Funnily enough, I was talking to the handyman from another agency about real estate and I told him how impressed I was with @home…but I didn’t need to convince him because he already rents a few of his properties out through you! Prompt and informative and a really great first impression of your business. Since applying from the property we've been dealing with Angela and everything has been really easy. I'm a first time renter (I've just moved out home),and it's a bit scary! I've asked so many questions so far, and I've been met with quality answers and understanding people (namely Angela and Chelsea).
