The Best Realestate Ever!
Hi Michelle, I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and the team at @home property! You are by far the best real estate I've ever been with (I've been with 4 others in my 5 and a half years of renting) and I have been blown away with your service! Mandy has been great in looking after us and I've been impressed that she always gets back to us with a same day response, even when she needs to contact the owner she has always gotten us an answer on the same day! It was fantastic recently when our fences and garage door were damaged in the storm, on that incredibly windy day and someone was able to come and mend them on the same day! The reception lady is always very friendly; it was great to have a personal appointment to view the property initially, which made it feel very comfortable and a lot less competitive; and it was great that you could make time for us to come in and sign our lease on a Saturday. I also really enjoyed our jellybeans from our last inspection! All these little things certainly count and set you apart. I could not recommend @home highly enough! Happy with the Prompt Service
Hi Michelle, I just wanted to drop a line to say how happy I am with the service I have recently received from @home. The property that we are staying at has recently been affected by the floods, with all of our downstairs carpet flooding and needing to be pulled up and dried etc. I messaged my property manager out of hours and she was more than happy to help. The next day she informed me that someone would be coming out to dry it within a day or so. As of today, carpet is all dry and has been re-layed. I can't express how satisfied i am with your customer service. With what could have been a huge inconvenience, has been just a minor hiccup that has been promptly fixed.
A Stand Out
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you Michelle for your work over the past couple of years. I’m pretty fussy but @home have done a great job and in particular the people involved and their professionalism makes the difference – and I’ve dealt with a lot of property managers throughout Tas and overall it's very poor but @home have been very good and stand out from the others, you’ve got a good business going in a market where there is a lot of very poor service. Approachable & Flexible
We have just started renting a property off you and so far everything has been great! In regards to signing the lease your team was very flexible and professional. When we moved in a heater wasn't working and it was fixed very quickly! We are very happy to be renting off such an approachable realestate.

Constantly Friendly & Efficient
After reporting during an inspection that there may be a problem with the roof, we were advised by phone that someone would be looking at it straight away, which they did. We were then advised by email that the problem has hopefully been resolved, but to advise immediately if there are any more problems. We appreciated the prompt service and the way that we have been kept constantly informed. Thank you for providing an efficient and friendly service.

Fantastic Team Experience
My whole experience with your team has been fantastic. From the first viewing, all the way through to a recent maintenance request with Angela has been great. Everyone has been polite and extremely helpful. I had an email from Angela the moment I returned my condition report in regards to my recycling bin that had been missing and she organized a new one to be delivered straight away. I also had an issue with the toilet and Angela was also onto this straight away. Although I work in the industry myself this was my first experience moving into a rental property of my own, I was extremely impressed and the customer service was great.

Like Clockwork
Everything so far has been great, the whole @home team has been lovely, well informed. If the answer has been unknown quick to enquire and reply also and easy going. The chocolates and card were really appreciated and everything has run smoothly - like clock work. So far the best real estate I've rented through, which has been LOTS! Big thumbs up.
Going that Extra Mile
Excellent report from Aleshia Penney, dealing with maintenance problems as I would expect, and going that extra mile by alerting me to the possibility of potential damage that may be caused, and actions taken to mitigate it - speaking language I know all to well! Excellent - now just need to keep this tenant as long as we can!

Chelsea has been brilliant each time we've spoken with her. We had a few minor plumbing issues with the property and they were fixed in no time! Chelsea is always so friendly both on the phone and in person. A fabulous team to deal with!
