Delighted!
We have just received our first inspection report and were delighted to see the photos of our house and garden. It was great to see how our tenants have furnished their home and that they (and dogs) are enjoying the garden. Our property manager, Angela, passed on some very reasonable tenant requests to us which shows she has a good rapport with our tenants as they obviously feel comfortable enough to ask. We were happy to agree to the tenants' requests to keep them content in our property. Being a former property manager many years ago I remember what it's like to be "the meat in the sandwich" between landlord and tenant! Thankyou

Warmth and Professionalism - Lovely Combination
Hi Michelle I have just registered with your agency to view a property. I was really pleased to see the opportunity to comment on my interactions with Chelsea as I was really impressed by both her warmth and professionalism – lovely combination. We have been looking for a property for about a week in person, arriving back in Launceston on October 8. Prior to arrival and since we have contacted several agents. A couple of them have been great – real professional and helpful. Most have been the exact opposite, not returning calls or seeming to have no interest in helping which I find truly bizarre. Surely that is the very job of a real estate agent, being helpful by matching the right people with the right properties. So when someone is approachable, knowledgeable and generally helpful like Chelsea, I go WOW. It should be normal but sadly it’s not. Whether we do in fact secure a rental with you is an outcome dependent on many factors being in alignment: we like a property, you like us, the price being right and timing. But if Chelsea is representative of your agency, it makes me want to do business with you! So thank you for having great staff, it’s a wonderful beginning and speaks volumes about you Michelle!

Angela has been able to provide me with constant and consistent information and feedback with regards to all the properties she manages in my portfolio. She is knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with as nothing seems to be too much trouble. It means that I usually only have to make decisions based on groundwork she has already, or is in the process of undertaking and I therefore don't have to worry about "sub-managing" any of the properties myself, thank you.

I am very impressed with the level of service as a new tenant of @home. The team could not have done anything more for me in assisting me to find a suitable rental for relocation to Launceston.
