She has been very helpful in co-ordinating between myself and the owner, so that I receive this service and the owner is satisfied it was installed correctly. I have been very impressed with the service I have been receiving from my new property manager Caitlin. Caitlin is very friendly in a professional way, and she has followed through with every correspondence I have sent. I have requested quotes on some maintenance issues, and I have received them in a very timely manner.
