Pleasant, Prompt & Efficient
Just wanted to give feedback from the customer service that Caitlin has delivered to us. This is very positive as we find that Caitlin is efficient in communication when there are enquiries or maintenance required by our tenants and she is prompt in returning my calls. Very pleasant phone manner and we are happy to have her managing our property.
Respond Promptly
The staff are friendly and helpful, they respond promptly to emails and they are honest and thorough on their condition reports. I believe they look after both the owner and tenants interests. I would recommend @home highly.

Extremely Efficient , Pleasant & Professional
Thought It was time I provided feedback on Aleshia Penney. She is extremely efficient all of the time and has a lovely personality also. In comparison to the last real estate group I I rented through, for 4 years, well, there is no comparison! Everyone I have dealt with a @home has been pleasant and professional. Aleshia, I have had most of my dealings with, so feel I am qualified to comment on her performance. It's great to be made to feel that I count, despite being just a tenant. She deserves another pay rise and a promotion.

First Class Service
Currently I have 77 staff full time and 25 casuals. From time to time I get feedback positive and negative, so I made a promise to myself to always provide feedback when I receive first class service. Today in your office the young lady was again first class she was a pleasure to deal with well trained and just lovely.

Just a note to say thank you for all your assistance with my maintenance requests I came home last night to find a new tap installed in the kitchen sink and that a new stove had replaced the old one. It was a bit like Christmas. To say the least I am very happy with your service and assistance and the willingness of the owners to invest in their property.

Nothing But Supportive
Caitlin has been wonderful. She has been nothing but supportive if we are lacking in areas of an inspection along with easy going and always cheerful. She really is just a delight to have as our Property Manager and I would highly recommend her. Caitlin has been our favourite Property Manager by far (we have had 2 others). I honestly feel I cannot express just how happy we are with her.

I want to take this opportunity to tell you what a joy it was working and spending time with Naomi Chandler while we were trying to find a house to rent in Launceston. Only having just arrived here, Naomi was kind enough to not only show us a few of the properties she manages, but to show us around other areas in which we were considering renting and give us advice on restaurants, stores, and local attractions. As luck would have it, we were fortunate enough to see her several times over the course of our house search and each time, she was thoughtful, considerate, and helpful above and beyond what her role was. You have a real gem in Naomi, and it is my hope that all your other employees are only have as wonderful as she is, for if so, you are one lucky manager.

My mother passed away recently when she was renting a property through @home. Aleshia has been helping me with getting keys back etc. She is credit to herself and an asset to your company. I actually just renewed by insurance at the start of this month. Caitlin was on the ball (as always, she is fantastic!) and picked up that it was due and reminded me to send through a new copy of the updated documents which I did last week. Relieved to know my property is in great hands.
