Very Impressed
My husband and I are relocating from Western Australia and needed to find a rental property which was difficult to do living so far away. Mandy made the whole process so easy, she was so friendly, helpful and professional, we were very impressed. She always returned our calls and replied to our emails promptly, I would certainly recommend @home to family and friends.
Outstanding Service
The service with @home has always been outstanding. We have had our property managed for 6 years now and their service and results have never wavered even as the company has rapidly expanded. Emails are promptly replied to, detailed inspections reports sent with out chasing up and both ourselves and our tenant are very happy with the arrangement. Caitlin has been looking after our property as a manager for a couple of years now and we can highly recommend her for her friendliness, efficiency and "no problem" attitude. Keep up the good work - you put other agencies to shame.
Super Efficient
I have to mention that although I was traumatised when Aleshia left and thought the service level might dip - I'm delighted to say that it hasn't at all! Sam had some big shoes to fill and she has been super-efficient with my recent enquiries. Very quick to respond to me call/emails and organise trades people and very pleasant to deal with all round. Sam organised everything within a very short space of time. (obviously you're timing your staff too!) Very happy with the service provided - and I should have known it would continue after Aleshia left, but you just never know! I have actually talked @home up a number of times to people this year.
Exceptional Communication
The communication from Karen has been exceptional. She kept me informed with every detail as much as possible and went beyond what I have experienced to help us get our new home. I am so thankful for all her help. All the customer service staff have been so friendly and great to deal with, I am very happy to be a new tenant for @home property!

Extremely Helpful, Reliable & Friendly
We find Mandy extremely helpful, totally reliable and very friendly. She handled our recent heatpump problems very professionally and kept us updated regularly. Mandy is a pleasure to talk to and we feel she surely must be an asset to your company.

We are happy with the way that Sam has gone about managing our 2 properties and is responsive and provides sound advice. I doubt we would have wanted to go through this type of investment strategy without her management support. So keep up the good work!
A Breath of Fresh Air
I write to recognise Morgan Walker for outstanding customer service. I recently moved to Home as a new customer, following many issues with the previous property manager. There were numerous minor repair issues at my property, which the previous agent had lapsed. Morgan has proactively followed up suppliers, contractors and where possible, has achieved repair under warranty for numerous items.
She has communicated promptly, and gone to a great deal of trouble to source the original contractors (including when I didn't have the information). Her service, communication and thoroughness is such a breath of fresh air. She is a great ambassador for @home, and I only wish I had been with her from the beginning.

Could not Recommend your Organisation more Highly
I would just like to compliment @home, on your staff and comment generally on our experience renting through you guys. When we first were looking at a rental property that was through your firm, 3 separate people at my workplace said “they are amazing!!” In particular, we have dealt with Chelsea who has always been so lovely and helpful with my questions etc. and Naomi who was ridiculously kind enough to drive us up to the house from your office to view it and also offer to drop us back at work because we were running short of time on our lunch break, and of course Mandy who is our property manager who has been so kind and understanding and accommodating and legitimately reasonable in requests etc. I really, genuinely, could not recommend your organisation more highly (and do!) – for both landlords and tenants. I can tell you – if my husband and I ever had a rental property – the first/only people we would ever ask to manage it is your firm!

Vert Impressed!
I have been very impressed with @home on how professional, helpful and well presented everyone is. I loved the little touches like the chocolates I received on entering my new home. Being able to have my little dog Georgi stay sometimes was a welcoming addition. She has stayed with me for 1 weekend so far and enjoyed her stay.

A Personal Touch
We couldn't have asked for a better transition from our old home to our new home. The girls at @home have been super helpful & speedy without any teething issues. The warm inviting gesture of the welcome note & box of chocolates on arrival to our new home was very overwhelming. We felt so very welcome in this strange place we were about to call home. Little gestures like this is what makes a real estate stand out above the rest. We have rented a few properties in the past but never have experienced the feeling we felt when we walked in & saw this personal touch. It may have just been a note & box of choccies to most people but not to us.
