Karen is an excellent Property Manager in our opinion. She has been nothing but helpful, understanding and reliable. Karen has been great to work with and with her as our agent the time in our property has been very pleasant and hassle-free. We have had a few issues with the property which were swiftly and promptly resolved by her, exceeding our expectations. As a result we are highly impressed by @home Property and out of the few other real estate companies in Launceston we have had dealings with I can say that @home is the best hands down.

Extremely Helpful and Honest
I have been dealing with Morgan Walker throughout the process of finding a new tenant for my property. Morgan was extremely helpful in assisting me with upgrading my property to ensure it attracted more interest from prospective tenants. Morgan was extremely honest in suggesting what was required and assisted me in selecting new carpet and organising the whole house to be painted. For a landlord that lives interstate this is invaluable. I have been able to rely on Morgan to act in my best interests as well as looking after the tenants. Service Above and Beyond our Expectations
I just wanted to send a quick email giving you some feedback on our property manager Karen.We are only new tenants and haven’t been working with Karen for very long,but she has gone above and beyond helping us. When we first applied for our property Karen was in constant contact with myself and providing me with updates almost daily to the progress of our application etc. As it was a stressful time for us trying to secure someone for our old property before moving into our new one, Karen did everything she could to help us get where we are. This included emails, phone calls and even meeting with myself to help fill in paperwork. I have found her communication to be fantastic and have never had the pleasure of dealing with someone who is as dedicated as her. We are so thankful for all her hard work and very happy to be a part of @home property who cares about their tenants as much as you do.
Efficient, Professional, Friendly and Courteous
All interactions with @home staff have been an absolute pleasure. From our first inspection of the property with Matthew, to the administrative assistance from Chelsea, to the delightful meeting with Naomi to sign the lease and finally our ongoing interaction with our Property Manager, Caitlin - each of these staff members have been professional, efficient, friendly and courteous. We were apprehensive about the task of locating a suitable home for our family upon our relocation from South Australia, however, the @home team have made each step of the process enjoyable. In our past experience, property managers have not always extended the level of dignity and respect that we would want. This is not a reflection of any issues with our tenancies, but more reflective of how we have been treated as tenants. It has been very rewarding to be treated so well by the @home team. This began when Matthew was so accommodating of us not having immediate access to required documentation whilst our belongings were still in transit. Upon having our application accepted, Chelsea warmly congratulated us as we arrived to sign the lease - this was a lovely gesture and something that assured us again that our experience with @home was going to be very positive. Naomi was extremely friendly and just as excited for us to be signing the lease. She explained relevant details and conveyed additional information in an efficient manner. Whilst we have not yet met our Property Manager, Caitlin, in person, all interactions with her via phone and email have been warm and professional. We look forward to our ongoing interaction with the @home team and wish to thank them for all they have done to make our transition to Tasmania a smooth one.

Nothing Short of Perfect
Mandy I have enjoyed every day being a customer of @home property management. It saddens me that I am leaving considering I have been renting through your company for 4 years now and it has been a pleasure. Having rented with @home property for about 3 and a half years now, for most of this time I have had the pleasure in dealing with Mandy for any concerns or enquiries relating to my rental property. She has been very helpful in all my dealings and has always provided me with quick and efficient replies and results. Prompt, Practical & Reasonable
We were recently requested by Mandy to provide some feedback on her service as our property manager. We find Mandy good to deal with and attentive to our needs. She follows through with requests and provides prompt advice following inspections or other issues related to our property. We have requested, on a number of occasions, additional checks of the property or for other requests to be provided to the tenant and these are always fulfilled in a timely manner. Mandy’s approach to dealing with inspections and arising issues is certainly respectful of our tenants but at the same time the advice she provides us continues to highlight our rights and often provides a measured alternative that is practical and reasonable.
Enjoyable Renting Experience
I think the whole team at @home are amazing! Tom and I constantly tell our friends and family about how enjoyable our renting experience is, and how lucky we are to have such a beautiful house to call home. Karen is a delight and is always available when we've had an issue or a quick question. She is by far the best property manager I've dealt with! Good work guys!

I'm pleased to send this appraisal to you regarding our property manager, Mandy Farina. She has exceeded my expectations with her prompt & professional service, which I value very much. Especially after hearing terrible stories about renting agents, which I haven't done for over 48 yrs, so, with some trepidation we took the plunge. She has been quick to respond, action any situations to our requests. Sometimes we ex Sydney folk expect an immediate solution, even if not deemed as super urgent, I hope we are not guilty of that.
