We understand Christmas is a busy time of year for everyone and it also comes with some financial pressure. It is important to remember to meet your obligations and take into consideration the holiday period when paying rent. Please remember that the public holidays will cause delays with your rent transfer. To ensure you keep your rental history squeaky clean, we recommend that you transfer your normal rent in advance of this period. While our office is closed between Christmas & New Year, rent will be processed as normal to our clients. For your added information, the public holidays are listed below:
- 25th December (Christmas Day)
- 26th December (Boxing Day)
- 1st January (New Year's Day)
If your rent falls due on any of these days please arrange your transfer prior to 24th December.
