This time of year as Property Managers we can expect the workload to increase at least 3 fold with more people moving this time of year. The best form of communication with our team from December through to early March is via email. We spend over 30% of our day out of the office conducting inspections therefore this method will avoid the dreaded phone tag.
Appointments
If you would like to meet with your property manager, please arrange an appointment in advance. If you call into the office without an appointment it is likely you will miss us and we understand this can be a frustration.
