We are looking for a part-time team member to provide support within our customer service team. 

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, a bright and cheerful persona and thrive in a system orientated environment. 

The position is initially part-time (3 days a week) however opportunities will likely become available within the department to increase hours and move into other areas of the business. This is a perfect entry-level position or opportunity for someone looking to return to the workforce progressively after maternity leave.

Skills/Experience

Experience in the industry is not required for this position. The candidate will be required to have strong administration/computer skills (Office 365, word processing, excel, outlook calendar and email). The role requires good organisational and time management skills, it is diverse in that is combines administration and people/face to face customer service. The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing priorities with a focus on client and customer care.

Remuneration

This position provides an above award salary which will be negotiated depending on the experience and skill level of the applicant.
